1 Introduction
1.1 General
This document describes the main interfaces a customer may use to request a product or service to Intech. These interfaces can also be used for escalation purposes.
1.2 Scope
This document describes and list the names, telephone number and email accounts that a customer can use to request a service or product to Intech.

Intech´s customers.
2 Initial Request (First Contact)
For any initial request to deliver a product or service our customers can direct its requests (RFP, RFI, RFQ, etc…) to one of following e-mail addresses:
ventas@intech.com.mx or
sales@intech.com.mx or
estimulosfiscales@intech.com.mx
or
ventas@mobilepublicity.com.mx
These mail addresses are forwarded to our sales and marketing executives. One of them will take your request and personally will attend you.
Inmediately our customer will receive a Notification of Reception (NOR) vía email.
Then, depending of the urgency and complexity of the request, our sales and marketing executive will respond your request within 1-10 working days after reception of the request. This answer may be a Quotation, a commercial offer, etc…

3 Ongoing Projects
When our customer requires a change of the scope of the service, product or development already ordered, INTECH invites to state this request in a formal way by using a written format including just an email. The instances that must be contacted are (1st and 2nd are mandatory to secure the best response):
a) 1st instance: The allocated Project Manager.
INTECH always assigns a project manager independently of the size of the project. This will generate a Change Request procedure.
b) 2nd instance: The Project Office AND the sales executive.
